Practical life:
This can be done in your daily day to day life as long as you're including your child and giving them opportunities to help and contribute.
This can also be available on a shelf in the photo below you'll notice some practical life items I have available for my 4 year old such as window washing using a small spray bottle, small squeegee and a towel. Also available on this shelf is learning how to tie a knot using a thick rope. This shelf also has learning how to thread a needle to begin sewing work.
